About the Position

We are now looking for industrial workers for upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The workday may vary and include several different tasks depending on the department. Examples of tasks include assembly, machining, material handling, machine monitoring, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are often required.

The position as an industrial worker is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. There are different work schedules within the organization, ranging from pure daytime and constant night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift systems. Below is an example of a 5-shift system; other shift forms are set up in a similar way, where each shift period extends over a week.

Example 5-Shift:

Week 1 (Day): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00
Week 2: Off
Week 3 (Evening): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00
Week 4 (Night): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00
Week 5: Off

About You

We are looking for a curious and engaged person with a strong desire to learn and develop. You enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with others. You are meticulous, practically inclined, and work in a structured manner with a clear focus on quality. For you, quality and safety are a natural part of everyday life, and you take responsibility for ensuring that your work is performed correctly and according to given instructions. Additionally, you have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Personal suitability is highly valued, but we particularly appreciate if you have:

Experience from practical work, such as in crafts, construction, workshops, or equivalent.
Experience from industrial work or similar environments.
Education in electrical, technical, industrial fields, or equivalent.
Forklift and/or overhead crane certification.
